Myken and/or it's affiliates provide website features and other products and services to you when you visit Myken.ir or other Myken's websites, use Myken products or services, use Myken applications for mobile, or use software provided by Myken in connection with any of the foregoing (collectively, "Myken Services"). By using the Myken Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to the following conditions. Users are those who use Myken Services.

Using most of our services may require a Myken Account, and Myken Services are designed to work together, Your Account is the key that links them. Myken provide Users with Services that are mentioned in the following list or works as a part of these Services:
When you use Myken Services, or send e-mails, text messages, fill contact forms, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Myken Services, such as our chat boxes, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
You may need your own Myken account to use certain Myken Services,
and you may be required to be logged in to the account using your phone number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account,
and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you are under 18, you may use the Myken Services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.
Myken reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, terminate your rights to use Myken Services,
remove or edit content, or cancel paid services.
Your Myken account may be linked to your Techaran Account,
you may access certain data shared between these two platforms only in your Techaran Account.
If you sign up for a Myken account and there be no associated Techaran account with the phone number you used to sign in,
We may create one for you.
Once a Myken account is created, you may not be able to remove it.
Myken's website or mobile apps may not have a separate sign up page. You may use Myken's sign in page to
create an account or to sign in to an existing account.
Your Myken Account Profile includes information such as your phone number, your country and
your name. When you sign in to Myken for the first time with your phone number,
you provide us with your country and your phone number.
Notice that your country and preferred language is guessed by your IP Address when you first open the Myken's website.
But, in sign in page, you can edit both your country and preferred language before creating an account.
Myken Accounts are offered in two different plans, Myken Account plans are Standard and Premium,
By creating an account, you will get a free Standard account, after you signed in, you may upgrade your Account Plan to Premium.

Myken offers Users the Service of hosting online elections, safely and quickly. You may choose to host your online election on our platform.
Creating an election on Myken may require an active Myken account.
Election have two general types: Private Elections and Public Elections.
In Private Elections, you will add certain participants into your participants list through various methods offered in election participants page,
in order for Myken to know who can vote in your voting page. We will authenticate those who enter your vote page by comparing information you provide us
and the information they provide us. Myken use various algorithms to authenticate them based on your chosen authentication methods,
All that aside we can't guarantee that those who entered the right information in the required fields at voting page are necessarily those
who you expected to vote.
In Public Elections, you don't have to provide us with a list of people who can vote.
Same as private elections, in this type of elections you can choose between various authentication methods to
identify people that they can only vote once.
You may switch between public and private elections in your election's setting section,
If you had a private election and switched to public, those who you registered as your participants
can still vote and those who you didn't, will be added to your participants list.
You may create your election, Host your election online, Add participants, Add candidates and people can vote in your election,
without you having to pay using credit cards or other permitted payment methods, but before seeing the final results you may be asked
to pay for services that you used in your election, prices will be calculated based on your usage,
how much each Service cost, is shown in Myken Pricing page.
The content you are about to place in your voting page, such as the title of your election,
the header background image of your voting page,
the name of your candidates, and their photos may be reviewed by Myken to ensure you are not publishing any illegal or adultery content
across Myken's Websites.
Myken has the right to edit or remove contents from your vote page, without letting you know first.
By entering an election voting page on Myken, you are considered as an Election Participant.
Every authorized participant has the right to vote only once.
Based on the setting of that election, we may need to authenticate you based on various options,
These options include phone numbers and/or social security numbers.
If the phone number option be available, Myken will send a sms to your phone containing an OTP (One Time Password)
to ensure you have access to that phone.
In public elections, voters have the right to refuse to share their information (phone number and/or social security number) with
election hosts, although this information will be saved on Myken to avoid letting people vote more than once in an election,
the hosts of elections will not be able to see voters information, but they will be informed of how many people have voted while
checking the privacy option.
Any Myken User can purchase Myken Premium plan. Premium plan can be bought only once per account, and
you may upgrade from Standard Account to Premium anytime.
Premium Account may bring various features into your Account, Elections and your Ad Pages.
In Standard plans a logo of Myken will be shown in your voting pages and your ad pages,
this logo may not block any of your content, this logo will not show if the account
associated with that page is Premium.
Myken offers Exclusive Domains that shows your voting page once reached,
this feature is only available in Premium plan,
but you should notice that some domains may already be owned by other people,
so the domain you select must be available for purchase by a NIC provider and not a company or person
who is trying to sell the domain for a higher price.
Domain will be linked to your actual election,
So only Myken can have access to changing or setting the DNS settings of that domain,
and it will be hosted on one of Myken's servers.
Meaning that elections under not circumstances will be hosted on your provided server or owned domain.
Myken Advertising (Mycan) service provide election candidates with advertising solutions.
Creating an ad page on Myken as a candidate require the creator to be the candidate him/herself, and or have
their consent creating that page, Myken does not guarantee that created pages be official and not fake.
Ad page visitors can always report pages that are not official.
When you visit an ad page on Mycan, certain information of you will be collected, this information may include
name and version of the internet browser you use, and your IP address.
We don't sign you in Mycan through your Techaran or Myken account, therefore your activities
on Myken Advertising pages will not be traced back to your account.
We may share certain information of visitors with ad page owners on Myken, this information is anonymous and
does not show seperated information of each visitor. This information is used to provide charts so
that ad page owners can analyze the visits and focus how much they spend for advertising purposes.
Myken has the right to edit or remove any content from its websites or mobile apps, It may include webpages, information on election voting pages, candidates advertising pages and images. If you use content that are subject to a copyright, we may remove it from our servers.
Myken refuses to refund under all conditions since most of our services has the feature "Pay as you go", meaning in these Services you pay when you have actually used our systems and services.
By using any Myken Service, you agree that applicable law of country Myken's main office is located at, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Myken.
