So by saying products from sellers, we mean the second group mentioned, these sellers can be people, companies or factories. Also do notice that all Techaran must verify the identity of all third-party sellers to prevent any kind of fraud. Techaran is free not to accept any seller without providing reasons to anyone.
1. Third-Party Sellers are themselves responsible for any quality issue, price change, content and terms and guarantees of their own products.
2. Third-Party Sellers are responsible to deliver their orders to users.
3. In case there be any latency in processing or delivering of confirmed orders, Techaran will send an SMS alerting third-party seller, They may have 24 hours to delivery the orders, if failed, order may be automatically cancelled and the money will be transferred to user's Techaran Wallet.
4. The products users add to their shopping cart, may become unavailable or be subject to a change as other Techaran users may buy them faster, yet user will be notified of any change, and in case prices changed (Increase or Decrease) during payment process, The extra money paid will be automatically transferred to their Techaran Wallet, and if paid less, that particular order will be cancelled and user will be notified of it.
When you use any of Techaran services, place an order online or email Techaran, this contact is made electronically, and if your request is according to terms and conditions, you agree that Techaran can also electrically (through Email, SMS, Notifications and other electronic ways) answer to you.

Working Days mean all days of the week except for Fridays, and all confirmed orders will be processed and delivered on working days. Techaran Users can place their orders any day of the week and any time of the day (24-7).
Sellers will be notified of any new order through Techaran Business application on their smartphones and will be marked as processing.
In case ordered products be not found because of Sellers mistakes or any other reasons, order will become cancelled and the paid price will be transferred to user's Techaran Wallet.
If there was a problem in prices or that product did not match the description, User is able to request cancellation of their order and ask for refund, The money will be transferred to their Techaran Wallet in 24 hours or less, yet before refund, User must send that product to Techaran and product be new and totally healthy, Techaran has the right to refuse refund if product be damaged, used, changed or if barcode of product don't match the one they ordered. Users who place an order must be careful filling up their Techaran Account Profiles, which might include their full name, address, phone, address, zip-code, country and state. These information will be used to deliver orders In case any of these information be incorrect, Your order may be returned to seller or Techaran, Techaran will notify you and may ask for more information to try to deliver the order again. Therefore, if you moved out of your current location and wanted to place an order, do not forget to edit your Techaran Account Profile information.
People who buy online from Techaran.com, may use a credit-card to pay for their orders, In case your credit-card info don't match with your Techaran Account Profile or if the credit-card you provided at the time of refund don't match with the one you paid with, Techaran has the right to refuse to refund, So you may be careful to pay with a credit-card that actually belongs to you. This refund money could also be transferred to your Techaran Wallet.
Considering that orders are placed systematically, you are not be able to request to change the information in an invoice that has been paid.
Option of paying at the time of delivery may not be available in all countries, states or cities, and also third-party sellers and Techaran can refuse to accept this payment method for specific products or all of their products.
Orders can not be delivered to public places (e.g. coffee shops, restaurants, workplaces, shops and hotels), if users had used such not valid addresses, their orders will be cancelled and not delivered. Therefore users must use valid home addresses in placing orders and their Techaran Account Profiles. Also notice that adding an item to shopping cart does not mean that these products will be saved for you, they may become unavailable or be subject to a change as other Techaran users buy them first.
Techaran always tries to deliver orders carefully, and void any collateral damages during delivery. Since most deliveries are done by sellers themselves, in case there be any damage during delivery, Sellers themselves are responsible, They may send you a new item or cancel your order and you can ask for refund, the money will be transferred to your Techaran Wallet. If seller of the product be Techaran, in case delivery was done by a Techaran company or service, a new item may be sent or paid price will be transferred to user's Techaran Wallet, in case delivery was done by a logistic company that be not from Techaran, they will be responsible to renew the item or transfer the paid price to Techaran and Techaran will transfer this money to user's Techaran Wallet.
A considerable amount of contents on Techaran.com, may be created by the users or sellers. Sellers and users must consider copyright terms for their provided contents they're about to publish on Techaran.com. And Techaran will not be responsible to verify if the contents provided are not subject to a copyright. Although, before any user provided content be published on Techaran.com, Techaran will check that content to see if there be no illegal, adultery or forbidden content, yet this does not mean that Techaran has to verify the copyright terms for the provided content. Any webpage on Techaran.com and other Techaran websites, may be subject to a change or be totally removed. Techaran will not take any responsibly for dead pages or links. People, companies, factories and local business owners, can place their products for sale on Techaran.com. To sell on Techaran.com, sellers will be asked to provide certain information used to identify them in a sign-up form, Which they may use their Techaran Account to skip retyping those information all over again. In addition, they will be asked to upload pictures from their ID cards, licenses or other images to verify them or their businesses.
After signing up, Techaran will check their information and check the images they uploaded, After they have been successfully verified, their Business Account will be activated and an SMS message will be sent to them to let them know their account is activated and then they might install Techaran Business application on their smartphones to start selling.Do consider that Techaran has the right not verify any Business Account or suspend any Business Account.
Selling on Techaran is free, this means Techaran does not charge sellers for any selling fees, yet there may be some services in Techaran Business that are not free, but the basic selling on Techaran is always free. Also do consider that in some countries, bank transfer fees may apply which may roughly reach 1%.
Sellers on Techaran, are themselves responsible to pay taxes, In case of any tax mis-use, Techaran will not take any responsibilities.
